Patti Kierys brings over 25 years’ experience to the practice. In the last 15 years, her work has been primarily in the areas of commercial real estate and development, corporate and finance. She has coordinated transactions throughout the country and dealt with numerous national lenders on multi-million dollar transactions. Her vast experience also includes work in the areas of residential real estate, landlord/tenant matters, estates & probate, and civil litigation.
Patti donates her time and talents to benefit the local community. She co-founded and served as President and Vice-President of the New Hartford Art League, and served on its Board of Directors. Also, she initiated and chaired the New Hartford Festival of Arts and served on its committee for several years. Patti has also served on the Town of New Hartford Downtown Revitalization Committee.
