Mr. Santoro received his B.A. in International Studies from Central Connecticut State University. As an undergraduate he was on the Dean’s List, received academic awards in language studies, participated as a judge in the Cairo International Model United Nations at the American University of Cairo, Egypt, and studied at the University of Urbino, Italy. Mr. Santoro then received his M.A. in International Relations and European Studies at the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK. He received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude, where he received both academic and achievement awards from the law school. While at Quinnipiac he was an Associate Editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal and president of the Mock Trial Society.
